Company Information
Update your organization details:
- Company name
- Address
- Phone number
- Website
Timezone
Set your default timezone for:
- Report dates
- Scheduled syncs
- Activity timestamps
Currency
Configure your currency:
- Display format
- Default currency
- Decimal places
User Preferences
Each user can customize their experience:
Profile
- Click your avatar in the top right
- Select Profile
- Update:
- Display name
- Phone number
- Profile photo
Password
To change your password:
- Go to Profile > Security
- Enter current password
- Enter new password
- Confirm new password
- Save
Notifications
Configure which notifications you receive:
- Email notifications
- Low stock alerts
- Sync failure alerts
- Weekly summary reports
Integration Settings
Manage connected services:
- HaHa - API credentials
- Nayax - OAuth connection
- VDI - Webhook endpoints

Data Management
Export Data
Export your data for backup or analysis:
- Go to Settings > Data
- Click Export
- Select data types
- Choose format (CSV/Excel)
- Download
Import Data
Bulk import products, machines, or locations:
- Go to Settings > Data
- Click Import
- Download template
- Fill in data
- Upload and review
- Confirm import
Billing
(If applicable to your plan)
View and manage:
- Current plan
- Usage statistics
- Payment methods
- Invoice history
API Keys
Generate API keys for custom integrations:
- Go to Settings > API Keys
- Click Generate Key
- Name the key
- Set permissions
- Copy and secure the key
⚠️ API keys provide account access. Keep them secure and rotate regularly.
