Products

Maintain your complete product catalog with pricing and categorization.

Products List

Product Catalog​

The products page displays your entire catalog with:

  • Product Name - The display name
  • SKU/UPC - Product identifier
  • Category - Product classification
  • Default Price - Standard retail price
  • Cost - Your purchase cost (for margin calculations)

Adding a Product​

  1. Click Add Product in the top right
  2. Fill in the product details:
    • Name
    • SKU or UPC barcode
    • Category
    • Default price
    • Cost (optional, for margin tracking)
  3. Click Save

Product Categories​

Organize products into categories for easier management:

  • Snacks
  • Beverages
  • Candy
  • Fresh Food
  • Healthy Options
  • Custom categories

Managing Categories​

Go to Products > Categories to:

  • Create new categories
  • Edit category names
  • Merge or delete categories

Bulk Import​

Import products in bulk via Excel:

  1. Go to Products > Import
  2. Download the template
  3. Fill in your products
  4. Upload the file
  5. Review and confirm

Margin Reports​

Track your profitability in Reports > Margins:

  • See margin percentage by product
  • Identify low-margin items
  • Compare across categories
