Nayax Integration

Overview​

The Nayax integration provides:

  • Cashless transaction data
  • Payment method breakdown
  • Settlement information
  • Consumer insights

Setting Up​

Prerequisites​

  • Nayax Monyx account
  • API access enabled

Configuration​

  1. Go to Integrations > Nayax
  2. Click Configure
  3. Follow the OAuth connection flow
  4. Authorize VendVice access
  5. Select which data to sync

Data Sync​

Transactions​

Nayax transaction data includes:

  • Card payments
  • Mobile wallet payments
  • Loyalty redemptions
  • Refunds

Settlement Reports​

Track your payment settlements:

  • Daily settlement totals
  • Fee breakdowns
  • Net amounts

Matching Transactions​

VendVice matches Nayax transactions to your machines:

  1. By device serial number
  2. By transaction timestamp
  3. Manual matching if needed
